This site is operated for the Proceed Dental Savings Plan by Siva Solutions Inc. on behalf of the dental offices of Dr. Keerthi Senthil, DDS MS.

What we collect

When you submit the membership request form, we collect the information you type: your name, phone number, email address, the plan you're interested in, and anything you write in the notes field. We also record the page you were on and, if available, the site that referred you — this tells us which of our advertising is working.

How we use it

To contact you about Proceed membership — by phone, text message and email, as you agreed when submitting the form.
To manage your membership if you enroll.
We do not sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages

Message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts doesn't affect your membership.

Your choices

To update or delete your contact information, or to opt out of communications, call us at (760) 340-5107 or ask at either office. Health information you share as a patient of our practices is protected separately under our practices' HIPAA notice of privacy practices, available at the offices.
